
In a natural blessing, as for the construction of Harima science Park
city, it was it with the key which opened up the new future for Kamigori-cho
where development was slow. Local volunteers gathered while we groped for

As the first business, we took a demand of a day nursery / kindergarten establishment for Harima science Park city and neighborhood inhabitants, and the hyougo brain center was decided in doing "child care support" as an urgently important problem to be concerned with an area as well as in the future of a country.
The present when declining birthrate advances, and globalization is pursued in, In Harima science Park city, we globalize it, and the Japanese condition that you should overcome as creatitive nation of science and technology is setting slowly.
As well as this comfortable good condition, We were able to have cooperation from company agency of Hyougo prefecture, local inhabitants, and great company, and we established the advanced institution "pre-school KOUTO" which helped childcare / education of a local infant in April, 2004.
pre-school KOUTO establish social creditworthiness and responsibility,
by built a new collaborative relationship with administration, local inhabitants,
and enterprise, and aim at realization of a new childcare business which
has science education, information education (IT), English educationon
basis on it.
We prize each children's personality and hope children become the children
who are intersted in science technology, have human nature and sensitivityable
to active in the international society in this area. So We prize each person's
personality.
By realizing this plan without entrance limit, We think improve the environment a lady could breed, become a working member of society, and contribute to a community.
By progressing from the child care environment that is apt to stand alone
to opened local child care environment, We make children's ability to live
more reliable, enable each person's self-realization, do a living wealthily,
and promote realization of maturity society of the 21st century.

For an infant, We aim at the making of person having superior human nature
and the rich sensitivity that they play an active part in the global community
and can contribute to.
In childcare and education activity, we not only aim at childcare that come from local tradition and culture, but also advanced childcare / education by using English routinely to foreign staffs, and practical use of advanced IT technology.
And We plan organic cooperation with natural environment and science /
institution environment of circumference and try for improvement of will
to learn.
We help coherent education in entrance into a school of higher grade from
an infant to an elementary and junior high school of a neighborhood by
dispatch of the teacher who is a native, realization of a followup school
among other things when we deal with English education.
When it realizes this design, in the existing Child Welfare Law and a frame of School Education Act, there is much limitation such as income / working, and it opens a day nursery, a kindergarten as an unauthorized day care institution we call myself it, and to receive assistance because it is not possible at present.
We get a support of prefecture, a self-governing, a country, a person
concerned with local enterprise and aim at realization of "an education
special ward" in future.

1.) We promote public interest activity to deserve to create new social for contribution to the globalization society which our country aims at, nation of creating chemical technology, and realization of vital life.
2.) As one of the advanced business model contributing to correspondence
to the issue of declining birthrate of our country and improvement of nation
nature, we submit a policy for realization of maturity society and promote
business development by showing practical result.

1.) We make much of reading a book to children, talk to children, getting
used to a book, learning the way of talking beautifully.
2.) By childcare life to talk to in Japanese and English, we feed basics
ability to a bilingual.
3.) Through a rich natural experience and a handmade play, children learn
a heart to scientize and the skill to devise.
4.) By practical use of IT technology , only parents can confirm the childcare
situation in real time.
5.) We organize volunteers by local activists and we make handmade childcare
support fill up.
6.) As continuous activity, we establish a followup school for a primary
schoolchild and a junior high student.
7.) We accept an English area university student volunteer and contribute
to improve international sense of each home.
8.) We get over the rule that is malfunction of an existing law and help
all domestic child care.
