Pre-school KOUTO -First of all(the purpose)-

Volunteers Needed for a
Multi-Cultural Preschool in
Japan!

Where: Pre-school Kohto in Kamigori, Hyogo Prefecture; local to Himeji City and a mere hour from Kobe.

Requirements:
1 Willing to relocate to Japan for at least a 6 month period.
2 Native English speaker.
3 Over 18 years of age.

Preferred:
Some teaching background.

Job Description: The heart of the job is speaking to children of ages 2-6 in English to help them become familiar with the English language, and creating a fun English environment. Additional opportunities include weekly classes to encourage in-home English for the students’ parents, creating your own curriculum, and enjoying creative freedom in designing fun activities. This job presents a rare chance to get in on the ground floor of education, and have an effect on these children’s lives that will last forever. The job requires ONLY 6 hours of work per day, 4 days a week; the rest of the time can be spent enjoying Japanese culture at one’s leisure. Please note that this is a volunteer work but we offer round-trip airfare, room and board, food, insurance and will assist in finding part-time English teaching jobs for those who participate.
This is an official program by the Hyogo prefecture and Kamigori Town.
